Use the guide below to measure your feet correctly and choose between FIITZ ONE.1 Sizes, Regular or Wide.

What You Need

  • 2 sheets of paper

  • Pencil

  • Ruler or measuring tape (millimeters preferred)

  • Thin cycling socks

  • A wall


Step 1 — Measure Length

  • Place one sheet against a wall.

  • Stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall.

  • Mark the longest toe.

  • Measure from the wall to the mark.

  • Repeat for both feet.

  • Use the longer foot for sizing.


Step 2 — Measure Width

  • Stand naturally on the second sheet of paper.

  • Measure the widest part of the forefoot.

  • Repeat for both feet.

  • Use the wider foot for fit choice.


Choose Regular

  • You usually fit standard cycling shoes.

  • You prefer a close race fit.

  • You rarely feel pressure on the sides of the foot.


Choose Wide

  • Most cycling shoes feel too narrow.

  • You feel pressure, numbness, or hotspots.

  • You often loosen closures during rides.

  • You struggle to find shoes wide enough.
