These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via the official Fiitz webshop. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Fiitz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Fiitz offers standard cycling shoes designed for road racing. Custom-made shoes are available only by request via email and cannot be ordered directly via the webshop.

We make every effort to ensure product images, descriptions, and specifications are accurate. Minor differences in color or detailing may occur due to screen display or production improvements.

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT (unless otherwise stated). Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, Bancontact, and PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

We ship within Belgium and internationally.

• Domestic delivery (Belgium): Standard rates apply, shown during checkout.

• International delivery: Available with a shipping surcharge, calculated at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination. Fiitz is not liable for delays caused by external logistics providers.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Return conditions:

• Products must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

• If you wish to exchange a size, shipping of the new size is also at the customer's expense.

• Returns must be announced by email to [insert return email] before sending.

• Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Custom cycling shoes can be ordered via direct email request only. These products are made to order and are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Custom orders are final and non-refundable.

All products come with a 2-year legal warranty on manufacturing defects, as per Belgian consumer protection law. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper use or lack of maintenance

• Accidental or intentional damage

• Damage or deformation caused by heat molding or any other form of aftermarket modification
   

Fiitz cannot be held liable for any damage to the shoe structure, fit, or performance resulting from incorrect or unsupervised heat molding procedures, including use of non-recommended equipment (e.g. ovens, heat guns) or repeated molding beyond intended use.
 

If you believe your product is defective due to a manufacturing issue (and not due to molding or use), please contact info@fiitz.technology with a description, clear photos and proof of purchase.

Fiitz shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

All contracts are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ninove, Belgium, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
