Shipping partner

All orders are shipped via DPD Classic from our warehouse in Belgium. Each shipment includes tracking and is delivered either to your home address or a local DPD Pickup Parcelshop, depending on your choice at checkout.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times:

Belgium: 1–2 business days
Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France: 2–3 business days
Other EU countries: 3–5 business days
Non-EU countries: 5–7 business days (customs delays possible)

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as weather, customs, or courier delays.

Shipping rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and weight (up to 2 kg, suitable for one pair of cycling shoes in a box). The rates below include packaging, handling, and tracking via DPD.

For shipments to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, VAT, and import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

Fiitz cycling shoes are shipped in their original shoebox, securely packed in a protective outer carton to prevent damage during transport.

Failed deliveries

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated absence at the delivery location, or if the parcel is refused, it will be returned to us. In such cases, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and additional return costs may be charged.

Insurance & Liabilities

All shipments are insured by DPD up to a value of €520. For orders exceeding this amount, please contact us in advance to arrange additional coverage.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel via the DPD website or the myDPD app.
