At Fiitz, we take pride in the quality of our cycling shoes. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines how and when you can request a refund.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product

The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging, including the shoebox

The return shipment must include your order number or invoice
How to request a refund
To initiate a return:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If your return is approved:

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product was faulty or incorrectly delivered
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange. Please note:

Return and re-shipping costs are both at your own expense

Exchanges follow the same 14-day window and condition requirements as refunds

Exchanges are subject to stock availability
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Custom-made shoes or personalized orders

Products that have been worn or used

Products returned outside the 14-day window

Products damaged due to improper handling or use
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
Please retain proof of postage when returning items. We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
